The Photography of Jill Greenberg

From ‘End Times’ | Jill Greenberg
The Paul Kopeikin Gallery in LA is hosting a photography exhibit by Jill Greenberg. The exhibit is called “End Times” and features large-scale photographs of crying children, all under the age of three:
“At that age, one needs to merely give them a lollipop and then take it away, et voila - pain and agony.”
While the idea and imagery may be a little unsettling, the photographs are incredible.

Yeah, I do find them a little unsettling. I think it’s the post processing…make the kids look plastic-like.

Ya, I know what you mean - they almost look like very good quality wax statues.

why are they naked?! Taking the lollipop from then to make they cry?! Bullshit, I would rather cry cause have to be naked in front of someone I wouldn´t want to…
